Triage Agent
Reads every inbound message across email, chat and social, detects language and intent, tags it, and routes it to the specialist that owns that category — or straight to a human if your rules say so.
We are opening SOLMO to a small first group of ecommerce teams before general release. Places are limited, because every store gets its agents trained on its own tickets with our team in the room — and that only scales so far at once.
SOLMO runs a team of specialised AI agents on your support inbox. They read the ticket, pull live order data, take the action — refund, return label, address change, cancellation — and write back. End to end, in under two minutes.
Replaces Zendesk · Gorgias · Dixa · Freshdesk — migration included
We connect a sandbox to your store and feed it a week of your real tickets.
Thirty minutes. You see exactly what the agents would have replied. No slides.
One ticket type at a time, whenever you are ready. Turn any of it back off.
A single generalist model guessing at your policies is how support automation gets a bad name. SOLMO splits the work: each agent owns one domain, holds the narrowest permissions that domain needs, and hands off with its reasoning attached. Every proposed action is checked against your rules before it executes, anything outside them stops and goes to a person, and the full trace stays readable on every ticket — including the ones no human touched.
Reads every inbound message across email, chat and social, detects language and intent, tags it, and routes it to the specialist that owns that category — or straight to a human if your rules say so.
Holds read and write access to your shop system. Pulls live order state, edits addresses and quantities before fulfilment, cancels orders, and reconciles what the customer thinks they bought with what actually shipped.
Creates the return, generates the carrier label, and issues the refund through Shopify or your ERP — including duplicate charges and price adjustments — inside the limits you set per market.
Answers sizing, compatibility, materials and care questions from your product data, and checks real-time warehouse stock before it promises anyone anything.
Tracks parcels through PostNord, GLS, Shipmondo and the rest, spots stalled and lost shipments before the customer does, and files claims with the carrier.
Once the question is actually answered, it looks for the one product that genuinely fits what the customer just bought — matched from your catalog, checked against live stock, and offered only when the timing helps them. Support stops being a cost line.
Checks every proposed action against your written support rules and each market's consumer law before it runs. Anything outside the line is stopped and handed over, never guessed at.
The agents are built to stop. When a ticket is complex, sensitive, outside policy or simply worth a person's judgement, it lands on your agent's desk with the order pulled, the history gathered, the reasoning shown and a reply already drafted. They edit and send, or take it somewhere else entirely — and every correction they make trains the agent that handed it over. You set which categories can run unattended and which always wait for a person.
These are the categories SOLMO closes without a human in the loop. Turn them on one at a time — the rollout is yours to control.
Instant, accurate status pulled live from your shop system and carrier — not a link to a tracking page the customer already checked.
The return is created, the label is generated and sent, and the customer knows what happens next. All in one reply.
Processed straight through Shopify — duplicate charges, order issues, price adjustments — within the limits you define.
Sizing, compatibility and materials answered from your own catalog, so the answer matches the product page.
Order cancelled, refund initiated, warehouse notified before the pick — no chasing your 3PL by email.
Real-time inventory queried at the moment of asking, including restock dates when you publish them.
Delivery addresses, quantities and variants changed before the parcel leaves — the single biggest source of avoidable returns.
Complex or sensitive cases arrive at your agent's desk with full context and a drafted response. They read it and click send.
Every customer served in their own language across 40+ locales, with your tone of voice preserved in each one.
Autonomy is set per category, per market. Start everything in Copilot, watch the drafts, and promote a category to Autopilot only when you have seen enough of them to trust it.
The agents never reply on their own. Every message in this category waits for a human, with context and history gathered and ready.
The agents do the whole job — look up the order, decide the action, write the reply — then stop and wait. Your team reviews, edits if needed, and sends. Every correction becomes training.
Fully autonomous. The agents resolve, act and reply without waiting. Anything ambiguous, out of policy or emotionally charged still routes to a human automatically.
No implementation partner, no six-week discovery phase. Five steps, run with you by our team — and you see the agents working on your own tickets before anything goes live.
Link your shop system, ERP, warehouse and carriers. Shopify and Magento connect in minutes with OAuth; everything else has a native connector or an API.
We move your tickets, macros, contacts and full conversation history off Zendesk, Gorgias, Dixa, Freshdesk or Herodesk. Nothing is left behind.
Your written support rules — return windows, refund limits, tone, market exceptions — are converted into agent skills. Correct a draft once and it sticks.
Thirty minutes. We connect a sandbox to your store, feed it a week of your real tickets, and you watch what the agents do with them. No slides.
Start in Copilot, promote categories to Autopilot as confidence builds, and watch resolution rate per category in the dashboard.
An agent can only resolve a ticket if it can see the order and act on it. SOLMO connects to shop platforms, ERPs, warehouses and carriers — 50+ integrations, with new connectors built on request.
It replaces it. SOLMO is a complete helpdesk — shared inbox, views, macros, contacts, conversation history, analytics — with the agents built into the core rather than bolted on as a chat widget. Most teams switch off Zendesk, Gorgias, Dixa or Freshdesk entirely. If you would rather run both in parallel for a while, that works too.
Permissions and accountability. A refund agent needs write access to your payment provider; a catalog agent does not, and should never have it. Splitting the work by domain means each agent gets the narrowest possible access, and when something goes wrong you can see exactly which agent decided what — the trace is on every ticket. It also produces better answers: a specialist with your return policy in front of it beats a generalist reasoning from scratch.
Three things. Limits you set per category and per market — refund ceilings, return windows, which SKUs are final sale. The policy agent, which checks every proposed action before it executes. And the mode setting: anything you have not explicitly promoted to Autopilot waits for a human. Nothing goes live on day one without you watching it in Copilot first.
Connecting Shopify and your carriers takes an afternoon. Migration of history from your current helpdesk usually runs overnight. Converting your support rules into agent skills is the part that takes real thought, and we do it with you — most teams are answering live tickets in Copilot within the first week, and promoting their first categories to Autopilot in the second.
SOLMO is in private rollout with a small group of ecommerce teams, and we are opening more places in batches. Register your interest and we will come back to you with a slot, a sandbox connected to your store, and a run of your own tickets — before you commit to anything.
Over 40, natively — the agents read the inbound message in the customer's language and reply in it, rather than translating a fixed English answer. Your tone of voice is defined per market, so a Danish reply reads the way your Danish team writes.
In its own region. EU customer data stays on EU servers and US customer data stays on US servers — it does not cross between them. You get a DPA and a published sub-processor list. Customer data is never used to train shared models — your agent skills are yours.
That is your call. You set whether replies are signed by an agent persona or by your team, and whether disclosure is included — some markets and some brands prefer it explicit. What customers notice either way is that the answer arrived in under a minute and the problem was actually fixed.
Book the thirty minutes. Bring a week of your messiest tickets and we will run them through a sandbox connected to your store, live, while you watch. If the agents cannot handle your categories, you will know inside the half hour.
